My promise to You... I am committed to bringing you products that will delight you, and to providing you with the convenient, secure shopping experience you deserve. If you do not find the item you are looking for, please email me. I have a large selection of products in my warehouse. I am also happy to place a special order for you. Payment. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. Please contact me if you prefer to pay by money orders or checks.
Shipping Time. I ship your purchases within two business days of receipt of payment. Special orders generally take longer to ship. Often this depends on the location of the item or the time of year. I will always let you know when your order is expected to ship.
Shipping Methods. I generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. Very large or heavy merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Please let me know if you have a preference. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Occasionally, packages are damaged in transit. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and please call or email me to alert me to the problem and I will contact the freight carrier who may return and inspect the damage in order to file a claim.
Guarantee. Your satisfaction is important. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please contact me by email me at service@ronniesspecialties.com or telephone (325)375-4247 within 14 days of receipt of your item to receive Return Authorization Number. The item(s) must be returned unused within 14 days after receiving the Return Authorization Number. I will process all refunds the same day the items are received. Cancellation Policy. If you change your mind about an order you placed, or some items in an order, you may cancel anytime prior to shipment of the item. If the item has already been shipped, you may return it for a refund. Please be sure to contact me by email or phone to cancel any orders.
I can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of my error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned. I am not responsible for incidental or consequential damages made by the shippers or errors in shipping your order caused by the shippers. The limit of my liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from me. However, I will do whatever I can to ensure your satisfaction and to be sure that you receive the item(s) you want to own.
